"Oil Removal-chan" is a floating oil recovery device that removes mixed operational oil and prevents the deterioration of water-soluble grinding fluids and cutting oils. It also prevents stickiness of machine tools and oil stains in the workplace, allowing for economical use of water-soluble grinding fluids and cutting oils. It uses a special recovery belt with high adsorption power to efficiently collect and remove floating oil. It can also simultaneously recover fine sludge present in the floating oil. The drive unit and timer/power unit can be separated for compactness. Installation is easy with the included magnet.
